Is a spacious and bright single room located on the 4th floor. The room is completely furnished, with single bed, a wardrobe, a desk and 2 chest of drawers.

The flat is located less than 10 minutes walk from Brixton Tube station as well as less then 5 minutes walk from different bus stops with great connections to central London and different areas.
There are different supermarkets options around, less than 5 minutes walk a big Sainsbury and a bit further Tesco, Lidl and Iceland. For a relaxing walk or practice exercise, there is Brockwell park less than 5 minutes walk.

The area offers a lot of entertainment such as Brixton Village Market with different restaurant and bars options, there is a cinema and also a small shopping centre, Morleys.
