A spacious double room on the first floor of the house. The room comes fully furnished with a double bed and includes a unit for storage. There's an additional room upstairs, currently used as an office – great for anyone who works from home and doesn’t want to feel cramped in their room so this can be your dedicated workspace whenever you need it!

🏠 The House
You'll be living with two other friendly housemates, Hamish & Paulo who are Australian & Brazilian (one with an en-suite). The house has a cozy living room, a large kitchen, and a beautiful furnished garden, which is perfect for summer BBQs or a relaxing afternoon. There’s also a garage for additional storage, and on-street parking available. We have super-fast internet (over 300MB) to keep you connected. You must be LBGT friendly.

📍 Location
Just a 5-minute walk from Brockwell Park – perfect for outdoor lovers and those who want green space nearby. A fantastic gym (Jett’s) is just around the corner, and Brixton Station is only 10 minutes on foot. With Streatham, Clapham and Norwood close by, you're spoilt for shops, cafes, and nightlife!

💰Price
The room is £1050 a month, with a deposit of £1365.

👥 What we're looking for
We’re looking for a relaxed and considerate housemate to join our friendly household. We love chilling in the garden (especially in the summer!) - but at the same time, we all value our personal space and downtime—so if you’re someone who appreciates a balanced atmosphere, where we’re respectful of each other’s privacy while still enjoying the occasional hangout, you’ll fit right in! Ideally, we’re seeking a tidy, easy-going, and professional person who’s looking for a place to call home.
