Room Available in Amazing Brixton Flat

Hi All!

Due to myself moving into my own pad, we have a room available in this fantastic flat in the centre of Brixton! The flat was refurbished just before we moved in, so is very modern inside and is spacious with a shared outside area. The flat is on Rushcroft Road in a lovely quiet mansion block, less than 5 minutes’ walk to Brixton underground station, which is a super easy commute to both the City and the West End. There are also loads of amazing restaurants, bars, pubs, gyms and more within a really short walk.

The remaining tenants is Rory, a 25-year-old chef at a two (!) Michelin star restaurant. Suffice to say that when he cooks, we eat, and it’s worth moving in just for that. Rory works relatively long hours so causes no trouble and is great fun to pop out for a beer or coffee with.

The rooms available are from the 26 April. Both run at £950 per month, and bills are roughly £120 per month (will likely go down over summer). The tenancy runs to 25 November, but I am sure that this could be extended (again), as our landlord is super helpful and friendly. We have had 0 issues since moving in and replies really quickly.

Looking for under 30 year olds (male or female). We’re happy to organise viewings whenever (with notice).
