Lovely room in girly house in Brixton - £910+bills

We have a room available in a lovely 4-bed terraced house on a quiet, residential road in Brixton - 8 mins away from Brixton station and 12 mins from Herne Hill, 5 mins from Brockwell Park.
Ideal location with great transport links and lovely pubs, cafes, shops etc nearby.
About us:
Georgia is 24 from Belfast, works as a risk manager
Imo is 25 from south London, works at a research agency
Niamh is 26 also from south London, works as a data analyst
Imo and Niamh went to school together, and we met Georgia in 2023 on gals who rent no less, and have loved living together ever since! Looking for someone that will be a friend as well as a flatmate (MAFS viewing is compulsory with a pub trip to the local every now and again)
We all work 2 or 3 days a week in the office and the rest at home - ideally looking for a similar wfh/office girlie so our schedules align. Looking for someone a similar age (24-27ish) & someone who is clean
The room is a great size with a double bed and big window. We love our little house - we have a cosy living room and large separate kitchen which looks out onto our paved garden. We have a built in BBQ which is ideal in the summer. We’ve been in the house since July 2024 - our current contract is til end of July 2025 but hoping to extend and stay on after this. You’d be taking over the contract so will need to pass referencing etc.
Rent is £910 per month, bills come to around ~£100 per month.
The room is available from 27th April, but can be flexible
