Hey everyone

We’re Aidan (Irish) and Stuart (Scottish), two laid-back, sociable lads who are looking for a 3rd person for our lovely 3-bed flat in Brixton.

Sadly, our third housemate has found a place with her best friend so we’re on the hunt for someone to join us and make this place feel like home!

About the room

🛏️ The room is a double, £900pcm (bills not included).

There is a deposit of £1000 and referencing to pass with the letting agent Orlando Reid.

About the flat:

🏡This spacious flat is split across 2 floors and has a larger than average living area with really high ceilings a good size fitted kitchen and a three piece bathroom suite.

There is a Sainsburys supermarket located opposite the flat plus local bars, restaurants and coffee shops. Brockwell Park is also located just around the corner.

Brixton station - 10 min walk
Herne Hill station - 10 min walk
Tulse Hill station - 10 minute cycle

👬 About us:
• I (Aidan) work in IT and spend my time learning piano, going to hip-hop dance classes, cooking and making music.

• Stuart’s 26, works in accountancy, and is always up for a gym sesh, a pub trip, or exploring London’s hidden gems.

We’re both into fitness, film nights, pub sessions, and a good laugh. We’re looking for someone chilled, friendly, and happy to be part of a social home rather than just a flatshare.
