Double bedroom, cosy and friendly flat

Hi everyone! I’m moving out 4 months away and would like to rent out my room for that period.

You would be living with my flatmate, Reema, and her little dog, Bonzo.

The room available is a double bedroom with a lot of space, a big wardrobe, a chest of drawer and a desk with all the set up to work from home.

The apartment is bright and in excellent condition, with a modern bathroom and kitchen with all the essentials we need (washing machine, dishwasher, etc.). There's also a cosy living room and a nice terrace for the sunny days.

The location is super convenient, just 5 minutes from Brixton station, with lots of buses nearby. You’ll also have a big Tesco, Lidl, and a variety of shops just around.

Reema is looking for a friendly and dog friendly flatmate who enjoys chatting, chilling, and doing things together occasionally, but who also values her own space. It’s ideal for someone who just arrived or need to settle for few months somewhere and likes to build a nice friendship!

About Reema, 29, originally from Bahrain at, and she is been living since January here but studied in the UK. She is a psychotherapist and teacher in a music school for autistics people. She loves animals, crafting, pilate, travelling, occasionally going out and dogs ofc.

The room will be available from the beginning of September until end of December (can be flexible).

The rent is £1100/ month + splitting only the energy bill and £300 deposit.
