We are currently looking to replace our housemate who is moving out after 2 great years. Myself and my other housemate Clare are looking to remain in the house. About us: we’re both Irish, only met via living in the flat together. Both work office jobs, a couple of days a week in the office and a few remote. Have common interests in going to the gym and music events, and visits to the pub!

About the room: spacious brightly lit double room, conveniently located near by the bathroom you will share with Clare. Comes furnished with wardrobe, bed, chest of drawers and bedside locker.

About the flat: really nice spacious sitting room area, very large garden which is being done up imminently and newly renovated kitchen and bathroom. Kept reasonably tidy but not total neat freaks.

Quiet residential are that is near Brixton station, Clapham North station, Clapham Common and my personal fav Brockwell Park.
