Are you a professional with a permanent address elsewhere in the UK, who just needs a Monday to Friday room (rather than a house share) to relax after a day out at work?

I'm a busy working mother with a lively 20 month son. We share the house with Hiro, our cat. I can offer you a peaceful, bright bedroom & adjacent bathroom at the top of my house. This is on a quiet road, close to Brixton Road and Tulse Hill.

From here, its an easy commute to the City, West End and most parts of London, via buses and the Victoria line at Brixton or Tulse Hill BR, serving City Thameslink.

The local area offers all the shops and other amenities of Brixton plus leafy Brockwell Park nearby.

Rent includes all bills, broadband etc. The bedroom has a double bed plus ample storage for Monday-Friday needs and also its own convenient fridge, kettle and microwave.. There is also access to a washing machine in the downstairs kitchen.

£650 all bills included + £650 deposit.
Employer reference essential.
