Double room in Brixton, July to September

I’m moving out of the flat and a double room with a large desk and ample storage has become available from the start of July (this is flexible and can be available before) until the 9th of September.

The flat:
Large shared living room and kitchen, two bathrooms and separate shower room. Private outside patio with bbq. 7 minute walk from Brixton tube station.

The flatmates:
Two males, one engineer and one programmer. Enjoy socialising in the evening watching films/tv and both have their own social lives outside of the flat.

The price is £1100 a month and would need a month’s deposit as well. The flat is council tax band D and bills are roughly £100 a month.
