We have a gorgeous bedroom in our flat available. The room is truly exceptional. The bedroom is very Large and Spacious, comes fully furnished - with a good quality wardrobe, chest of drawers, bookcase, shelf unit, sofa, etc. It also has a private dining area with dining table and chairs. We Do Not provide all the bedding such (pillows, duvet, duvet cover, fitted sheet).
The bedroom is arranged in a way to feel like a studio with sleeping, seating and dining areas.

The flat also boasts two large modern bathrooms with toilets. The kitchen is wonderfully bright and very spacious - equipped with all appliances. Everything will be kept very clean and tidy, as our cleaner comes once a week to clean all the communal areas.

Food shopping is also very simple, as there's a Tesco Express located just next to our building.

The flat is three bus stops from Brixton station, which has Victoria line, the fastest in the city. There are also 9 other busses passing by in front of the flat to various locations. Alternatively, it is a pleasant 10 minutes’ walk to Brixton Station.

Brockwell Park, one of the largest park in South London is within 10 minutes’ walk to the flat.

The rent includes all bills (water, gas, electricity, council tax, fast wireless broadband Internet and cleaner). You do not have to pay for anything extra!
This flat would ideally suit non-smoking professionals or international students who are keen to live in wonderful surroundings. You would share the flat with 4other professionals’ guys on their mid-twenties to Early thirties.
The rooms are for individual only. Please note: We do not accept couples.

So in summary,
You need to send us £240 to reserve the room.
On the day you move in you must pay a further £720 (to make up the full 4-week deposit) plus £1,040, which is the first month’s rent in advance.
You must give us one month’s notice before you leave. We will hold your deposit in a government backed scheme called the DPS (please refer to depositprotection. com for more details about how it works).
