I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a bright and spacious 2-bedroom flat in Brixton. The room is available from January 1st.

The flat is on the first floor of a maisonette on a quiet, residential street. It features large windows, high ceilings, and a light-filled living room. You’re just a 10-minute walk from Brixton Underground, close to local shops and cafés, and a short walk from Brockwell Park.

The available bedroom is fully furnished with a double bed, built-in wardrobe, shelf, and large mirror.

You’ll be living with one other person — a MA student at Central Saint Martins. The flat has a calm, friendly atmosphere and is well-suited to someone who values a tidy, peaceful home and enjoys the occasional shared meal or film night. We’re ideally looking for another student or young professional who is considerate, clean, and easy to live with.


Ideally looking for someone to take over my lease but sublet also considered.
