I’m looking for someone to take over my lease in a bright and spacious 2-bedroom flat in Brixton. The room is available from January 21st, with a preference for someone long-term.

The flat is on the first floor of a maisonette on a quiet, residential street. It features large windows, high ceilings, and a light-filled living room. You’re just a 10-minute walk from Brixton Underground, close to local shops and cafés, and a short walk from Brockwell Park — perfect for summer evenings.

The available bedroom is fully furnished with a double bed, built-in wardrobe, shelf, and large mirror.

You’ll be living with one other person — a MA student at Central Saint Martins. The flat has a calm, friendly atmosphere and is well-suited to someone who values a tidy, peaceful home and enjoys the occasional shared meal or film night. We’re ideally looking for another student or young professional who is considerate, clean, and easy to live with.
