Sunny double room in beautiful peaceful flat

I’m renting out my bright and sunny south facing double room while I’m away for the summer.

The room is in a lovely terraced 2-bed flat in a very quiet and peaceful street in Brixton, close to transport links and services:

- Brixton station (Victoria line): 10 min walk
- Clapham North (Northern line): 13 min walk
- Large Sainsbury’s: 5 min walk
- Large Tesco: 6 min walk
- Jetts gym: 3 min walk

The room comes with a double bed (including a comfortable memory foam mattress), side tables and lamps, and a large wardrobe with plenty of storage space. The room faces the back garden so it’s always very quiet. The house has 2 bedrooms, a shared living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom.

You’ll be sharing with my lovely friend Ollie who’s very tidy and respectful. We’re looking for someone who’s equally respectful and clean.

The room is available for a fixed term of 4 months, starting 1st July and ending 31st October.
