A bright and spacious double room is available in a lovely ground-floor flat in Brixton, near Clapham Common and Clapham North with beautiful private garden.

* Unfurnished (bed frame provided, mattress can be discussed)
* Bedrooms are on opposite sides of the flat, with kitchen, living room and common bathroom in between - so it feels like you’ve got the place to yourself! You can't hear each other.

* Beautiful private garden with grass and trees – almost no visibility from neighbours
* Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook - dishwater, family-size fridge and microwave
* Bathroom with bathtub, big mirror, and great water pressure

* Less than 5 min walk to a Lidl and Tesco
* Surrounded by great pubs, cafés, and yoga studios
