Room Available in Friendly 3-Bed Flat in Brixton!

We’re looking for a girl to join us in our 3-bed flat in Brixton, close to big Sainsbury’s and 5-minute to Brockwell Park!

The flat’s spacious with a big living room, kitchen and dining table, perfect for having people round! The room is a decent size with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. You’ll be sharing a bathroom with just one other person as Chloe has an ensuite. It’s on a quiet side street just off the main road, so it’s peaceful but well connected - 15 mins to Brixton tube, 20 mins to Herne Hill, and loads of buses nearby. There’s also free bike storage in a secure cage.

You’ll be living with Georgia (30) and Chloe (28). We’re a friendly, relaxed household and appreciate an easygoing vibe. We’re looking for someone who’s fun, tidy and considerate. Both work from home one day a week, so ideally you’d have a similar schedule.

Bills: around £120
Deposit is: £1000

We're looking for someone ideally from the first week of March (quick turnaround we know so can do a little later if required) and so will likely be doing viewings the in the weeks beginning the 16th and 23rd Feb.
