Gutted to be leaving my tenancy in my 3-bed flat in Brixton.
You’ll be sharing with 2 guys, Jordan and Dom. They’re both lovely, Jordan works in TV and Dom works in dance.
The flat is really close to Brockwell park and a big Sainsbury’s, with lots of nice pubs and cafes nearby. It’s only 10 min walk to Brixton station.
The landlord is great and really flexible. You need to be able to commit to 6 months tenancy, then afterward its 2 months notice to leave at any point. Must be LGBT+ friendly.
Room is £910, bills will be on top of this. The desk mirror and clothes rail were purchased by me but happy to give them to the new tenant for free.
Viewings ASAP so we have time to do the paperwork before the move 🙂
