Leaving my room due to buying a flat elsewhere but I’ve had a fab nearly 4 years in this flat and hoping to find a replacement to enjoy the space

Furnished (but furniture in photo is mine. The room will come with a double bed, mattress and set of drawers/cabinet)

Room is a tad angular - hence the multiple photos but for best judgement on size come and view- its pretty spacious

The flat is located in a complex right in front of brockwell park so its like having a giant back garden with back gate access

An easy walk to brixton station on a well lit main road route// frequent buses on the main road to the station also

Gorgeous light filled shared living room with juliette balconies the whole way round

The room is located at the end of the flat next to the living room, with the kitchen the other side of it so its like having your own section in full - per photos

Free secure parking

Cleaner comes once a fortnight

Bills - come to approx £160 (each tenant looks after one of the bills - mine would be a transfer of tv licence/water bill and potentially the cleaner which is pretty straight forward)
