I’m leaving my ensuite room due to a planned eyes surgery in Italy at the beginning of October
🛏️ The room is a bright and spacious ensuite on the top floor of a big terraced house.
The room came unfurnished but, I'm happy to sell my basic furniture if you need (king size mattress, foldable desk, Ikea kallax etc... let's chat!)
🔑 Rent is £1055/month; bills are £113/month (this includes broadband, council tax etc) Water is paid every quarter and is roughly around £100/person
🏡 The house has:
– A comfy living room
– Dining room
– A big kitchen (you’ll have your own fridge!)
– A lovely garden
You’ll be sharing with three amazing housemates – Brett (34), Angus (37), and Maya (31) – plus our fluffy friend Meowrice the cat (unknown age) 🐾
📍Location: We're in a quiet and well-connected area – Streatham Hill and Tulse Hill are a stone’s throw away, and Brixton is 20 mins by bus. Super convenient for Gatwick Airport too!
🌿 I’m looking for someone professional, clean, chill, and respectful, ideally around our same age. Must love animals – or at least like sharing space with a cat!
