We have a room becoming available in our house at the start of December. The lease would be until October 2026, but there’s likely to be option to renew after that.
Current housemates - Kirsty, Greg and Tegan. We are working professionals who do a mix of wfh / office. We all have our own busy lives and hobbies but enjoy spending time together when we can. We like to keep the house clean and tidy and would like to live with others who are the same!
The house - 4 bed house with a large shared kitchen and a separate living room and spare toilet downstairs. The room available has an ensuite. We have a very small outdoor space at the back which is a sun trap during the day.
The room - it’s the loft bedroom, double bedroom with ensuite, furnished with bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk. There are big windows and lots of natural light! There is so much storage space in this room, you won’t be short of space.
Where - between Brixton and Herne Hill stations (10 mins walk to either). A stones throw to the entrance to Brockwell park and 2 minute walk to the big Sainsburys. Ideal location!
Price: £1050 pcm. Bills are not included (approx. £120 - 150 pcm)
