There's an opportunity for a lucky person to move in our cosy & lively house share in Brixton. The room is available from now onwards as I’m trying to live closer to his new work far up north.

The house contains :
* A big living room with a work space and a cosy TV space.
* A terrace with sunny exposure
* 3 bathrooms (1 in an ensuite) - you'll only have to share your bathroom with 1 flatmate.
* A large kitchen with everything you need to cook delicious meals.
* A cuddly cat & a very cute gecko
+ : Dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, coffee machine are available.

We have cleaners coming to clean all the communal spaces once every 2 weeks. The layout of the house gives to everyone a good delimited space.

About us :
There is a great atmosphere in the house that we started 5 years ago, we're all very good friends and tend to spend time together.
We love to share dinners, apero and organise movie nights, depending on everyone's availability but we also respect people's privacy.
We are all into music and go to gigs together.

We are 3 : 2 man, one working in the gaming industry, one interior designer and 1 women, creative makeup artist.

Brixton - 15min walk to the station - 5/10min in bus
Herne Hill - 10mn walking
3min walk from Brockwell Park, the big Sainsbury, Hootananys, Effra Social

1 - 13sqm, Double bed, non furnished (apart from bed+mattress)
Nice and super bright, there's a double window + a square window on the ceiling (with blackout curtain).
