I’m looking for a ~medium term sublet for my room in Brixton. The room is available from Sept 1st, I’m ideally looking for the room to be sublet for 4 months but can be flexible/ we can chat.
The flat is home to my two lovely housemates, we’ve all been living together for 5 years in the same place and it’s a lovely, homely environment.
The room is 10 mins to Brixton station and is located right next to Brockwell Park.
Bills aren’t included in the rental price, but all in all with bills you’ll be paying around £860-£890.
