Double bedroom in Brixton shared house

Hey guys! We are looking for 2 new housemates to fill 2 available rooms in our shared house in Brixton next to Brockwell park.
We have our own garden as well as entrance to the park right out side the house.
10 minute walk to Brockwell lido & Gym.
15 minute walk or less than 10 minute bus (bus stop on road directly opposite) to Brixton Tube station.
Less than 15 minute walk through park to Herne Hill.
We live in a private gated community with private off road parking.

There will be 5 people in total living in the house. Both available rooms are spacious doubles with one having an en-suite.

Rooms available from 1st of October.

We are looking for young professionals who are clean and tidy, who are happy to get involved in the general upkeep. We are super friendly and looking for people who enjoy socialising as a house but equally respect each other’s down time.
