Hey! We’re Will and Jake - two close mates looking for someone to join our 3-bed house in Brixton. Our third mate (a fallen soldier, moving in with his girlfriend) is sadly leaving, so we’re on the lookout for someone to take his place!

We’re fun, chill guys into beer, sport (football, fantasy league…), exercise, movies, games, and all the usual good stuff. The vibe at home is clean, relaxed and social, but respectful of space and downtime.

To be transparent this double room is slightly on the smaller side but still can fit a desk and plenty of storage for clothes. Plenty of perks which come with the house too!

- 10 min walk to Brixton Tube & Brockwell Park

- Easy walk to Clapham and Balham, and beyond
- Cosy and quiet (no walls face neighbours above or either side)
