1 Spacious bedroom in a Brixton flat

Hi there! 🌟 our flat mate is sadly moving out to live with his friends and we’re looking for someone to take over his room🌟

We are around a 10 minute walk to brixton station and bus stops located approximately 1-2 minutes around the flat. We are right next to Brockwell park and about 10 minutes from Herne Hill. There is a big Sainsbury’s about a 2 minute walk away and other supermarkets about 10 minutes away. There are also loads of nice pubs, bars and small restaurants all around the flat.

The flat is spread over 3 floors. The ground floor is exclusively the entrance. There is a large kitchen on the first floor with gas hobs and a washing machine + dryer. The living room is joined to the kitchen and is spacious with lots of sunlight.

The bathroom is in between the first and ground floor and has a bath + shower and is very clean.

The room for rent is very spacious and sits on the first floor. It comes with a double bed, a desk + chair, chest of drawers, wardrobe, bedside table, and shelves.

About us:
You’ll be living with 2 guys, me (27) and Fabbio (28). We both work full time with Fabbio mostly working from home and myself working from home once a week. I work for the NHS in clinical research and Fabbio works for a video game company.

We often hang out together watching tv and going to the pub etc but also enjoy our own space. In terms of interests, we like going for drinks, movies, football, video games, running, tennis, walking in the park, etc.

We are also both tidy and keep the flat clean and the ideal flatmate would be the same.

Bills and rent are paid together and the room in total comes to £1012.
