1. About the rooms / flat / area:
1x DOUBLE ROOM AVAILABLE in 4 bed Brixton flat a few minutes walk from Brockwell Park and the Lido Centrally located between Brixton, Herne Hill, and Tulse Hill on the main Tulse Hill bus route from Brixton Station. Sainsburys is our closest supermarket with the petrol station opposite being a good corner shop (if you can call it that).

The double room is spacious, comes with a double bed frame with a mattress, possibly a desk and a fancy drainpipe rail for clothes including a mirror.

The flat has one big bathroom and another toilet. The kitchen is shared with the living room and the balcony is also a suntrap.

2. About the current occupants:

- Room 2: Rooshy (33-year-old female)
- Room 3: May (30-year-old female)
- Room 4: Shekinah (28 -year-old female)

Common interests include cooking, watching shit tv/movies, and drinking. Everyone in the flat is really chilled and can enjoy hanging together or in their own personal space. We try to keep the flat clean out of respect for others and (ourselves tbf) and we have a cleaner that comes once a month.

We are a mix of home and office working and one of us works shifts so it's a mix bag of who's in, you never know you'll get the flat to yourself more often than you think.

3. About the future occupants:

We’re looking for an, easy-going flatmate, who cleans up after themselves and shares in buying bits for the house. We like to hang out but respect the rule of being in your room and the space that comes with it. We love a natter and shit talking the day and welcome anyone who wants to join, we really want you to feel like this is a home.

We are a LGBTQ+ friendly household.

Preference is for the new tenant to be working infrequently at home.

4. About the costs:

In addition to the 750 rent, bills are around £80 -100 more.
