Hello, I'm Julien and looking for someone to take over my friend's double room as he's off to new adventures.
The flat is exactly halfway between Brixton station and Herne Hill (10min walk to either) and a stone throw away from Brockwell Park. There's everything right at our doorstep, including a big Sainsbury's, barbers, chemist, pubs, you name it.
The double room is quite big and has a full en-suite. It comes partly furnished (king bed + underbed storage, wardrobe). There is also a shared little study which is super convenient when WFH.
Ideally looking for someone around my age, clean and tidy, who likes relaxing at home as well as the odd night out, who's happy to hang out together but also respects each other's privacy when needed. Anyone good with plants?! I've made friends for life in all my flatshares and hope the series continues!
