I am the owner and live there with two flatmates, George and Will (both male, mid-twenties professionals), but I'm away for 9 weeks from 10th October to 13th December to let the room out on a short term let during this time.
We are a clean and polite household, balancing a good, social vibe with being respectful to each other. One of the housemates mainly works from home (in his room) and the other is in the office throughout the whole week. There is a separate desk available in the upstairs area for working from home occasionally, but someone working elsewhere would be preferred.
