Double room in a lovely flat in a quiet area with nice neighbours, open plan living/dining area going onto an outdoor space.

Looking for someone who will be a great fit - friendly, considerate, clean and tidy, regular work shift pattern.

The room has a large wardrobe (next to the door!) and under-bed storage. There is also large shared storage cupboards downstairs and upstairs.

15-20 walk to Clapham Common, Clapham North and Brixton Stations
15 mins to Brockwell park
House is managed by private landlords (other than contractual stuff) and they are very helpful and responsive

Bills are around £100-£120 monthly and not included in the rent

As this is a tenant swap the lease ends beginning of May 2026 with the option to renew at the end of tenancy

I set the move in date to the 20th of September but this is somewhat negotiable - please ask! :)
