It is located in a quiet street with great transport links – Bus stop 3 minute walk away as well as Brixton station a 20 minute walk away to give you access to the start of the Victoria line- also only a 20 minute walk to Clapham!

You will be sharing with a girl who is 28 and works in sales admin Monday-Friday as well as some weekend work. Looking for another girl to continue to make the space feel comfortable and homely!🤍

The property is rented through KFH and as this is a name change for the tenancy agreement they will require a reference check and a deposit of £1300 will be required.
