3 month let from October in Brixton Hill

Hello! Looking for someone for a short term let until the end of the year in my flat in Brixton Hill (between Clapham and Brixton), close enough to the liveliness of Brixton but on a quiet residential road.

Getting central is easy, there are constant busses nearby heading towards Brixton station for the Victoria line, or a medium sized walk to Clapham south for the Northern.

You’ll be sharing the flat with Tom (31). He is Scottish, works in finance and enjoys cycling, tennis and socialising!

The room is quite cosy but it'll be perfect for someone who has either just moved to London or doesn’t have a large amount of possessions and needs somewhere temporary. There is a cupboard under the stairs for storing things like suitcases + big coats. There is also space in a bike nest outside the flat if you are a cyclist.

Rent is £750pm and bills are £150.

Please note - there isn't a desk in the room or in the lounge so the flat isn't suitable for regularly working from home, only the odd day
