Hi All,
I’m looking for two friendly folk to join me here in Brixton. My housemates are moving on, leaving two rooms available from the 4th of October.

Tenants...
Looking for Vegan/vegetarian tenants to keep a happy, clean and quiet home together. Its nice to have the living room as an accessible communal space at all times so no living room workers from home please. No smokers or late night cooking masterchefs. No couples too, sorry!

The Flat...
Ground floor 3 bed flat with a garden and living room in between Brixton, Herne Hill & Tulse Hill stations. We are a stones throw from Brockwell Park. The garden has lots of potential if you’re green fingered. Bikes can be stored indoors.

£ 770 pcm + £917 deposit

£ 715 pcm + £917 deposit

Details...
Contract starts on Saturday 4th of October (non negotiable as the landlord is keen for a seamless transition). The Tenancy is for 2 years with no break clause.

Reference essential & the deposit.

Bills are not included so we'll share them together, internet, council tax band D, water, gas&electric are combined.

About me...
I work with children an adults in fitness & travel which is good fun. I'm keen into art history, botany, playing/listening to music and I keep a Qi Gong & meditation practise. I would love to share the home with genuinely happy folks. I value self awareness, honesty and in order to keep a happy home strongly advocate clear open communications about relationships & boundaries.
