Bright large double room available!

Sadly one of our flatmates is moving in with her boyfriend, which means we have a big double room available in Brixton starting at the beginning of October.

📆We’re looking for someone to fill the spot for the remaining 6 months of our tenancy until April 2026. With the option to extend.

We’re two girls in our mid-20s and we are really hoping to find a friendly girl around a similar age who’s considerate and tidy.

While we enjoy some quality time together - hanging out and chatting after work or having a cozy movie night, we totally get that personal space is important too, especially in busy London! Just to set the vibe, we’re not a party house, we are a laid back flat.

We’re looking for someone who is wanting to be mates and not just a flatmate! Please note, we’re only considering girls for the room — no couples or guys, please!

🛌 About the room: it’s the largest one in the flat, comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, set of drawers and desk.

🏡 As for the flat, it’s on the fifth floor (don’t worry, there’s a lift!) and feels spacious and homey, complete with a large living room, kitchen, and separate toilet and bathroom.

📍Location-wise, we’re in a fantastic area with pubs, restaurants, supermarkets, gyms, and Brockwell Park all nearby. Plus, the transport links are superb! We’re just a 10-minute walk from Brixton tube and national railway, with great bus options to take you anywhere in London.

💸The rent for the room is £850 per month, and bills are around £120, depending on the season.
