Hello everyone!
As I am moving to Germany, my room will be available for rent! Coincidentally, my other 2 roommates are just moving out due to work, so you will be living with 2 new people and Toni who has lived here since last year.! It's a relaxed house, not a party house but we like to find someone who is clean and respectful and there is a living room available for a glass of wine/chat and a great rooftop balcony. We are a LGBT friendly household and our landlord (does not live in the house) prefers female or LGBT tenants.
Rent is £900, bills are 69.33 per month excluding G+E. We pay G+E every 3 months, ans it's cheap now (last bill was around £25 per month per person, obviously more expensive during winter, around £ per month on average).
We have 2 bathrooms so you will be sharing the bathroom only with one other person (which is next to your room on the upper level)
