Brixton Flatshare, Veggie/Vegan, room available

Hi All,

We are looking for friendly person to join a chilled, sociable home right next to the fantastic area of Brockwell Park and Brixton, with lots going on and good transport links. A room is available from the 4th of October.

We have a big and cosy living room to use as a communal space, it would be nice to hang out from time to time, maybe for a film, or board game or just a cup of tea. We are also fond of keeping the home as our oasis of peace, quiet & recuperation. There is plenty of storage space for bikes etc and a lovely garden which we are open to developing if you have green fingers.

You don't have to be a veggie/vegan to live here, but the other 2 of us are so it would be ideal if you were up for this kind of environment, with similar interests and perhaps the odd shared meal.

£ 715 pcm + £917 deposit

Details...
The contract starts on Saturday 4th of October (non negotiable as the landlord is keen for a seamless transition). The Tenancy is for 2 years which is great for security and fixed price, for the right person we could approach the landlord to discuss a 1 year break-clause if you like. Reference essential & the deposit.
Bills are not included so we'll share them together, internet, council tax band D, water then gas&electric are combined.

About us..
One of the housemates, Male 36, works teaching cycling, fitness & travel which is good fun. He’s keen into art history, botany, playing/listening to music and keeps a Qi Gong & meditation practise. Another housemate, Male 39, works as a social researcher and loves live music in london, being with friends, and nature getaways in his camper-van. We are minorities / LGBTQ+ inclusive.

We would love to share the home with happy folks with a bit of self awareness, honesty and good communication to keep this place of sanctuary amidst the busy city. If this sounds good to you please don't hesitate to get in touch and please tell us a little about yourself.
