Decent sized flat available for a professional girl who is clean, tidy and organised and looking for a cozy space to call home!☀️

Looking for a flatmate who enjoys movie nights/tv (bonus if you like below deck) or occasional dinner parties but also is values being independent 🩷

Me and the previous flatmate went by a ‘you get this one and I’ll get the next one’ for shared flat amenities (toilet paper, seasoning, washing pods, tooth paste etc) so looking for a similar vibe or if you would prefer we can set up a shared kitty for these things

I’m 23 and currently an assistant showroom manager for a luxury sample sale company, i generally work Wednesday-Saturday but can change

It’s a large double room that comes with the bed and a wardrobe
Small kitchen - comes with air fryer/ microwave/kettle/ toaster
Small bathroom but it has a bath/shower

Room is £950 not including bills
Bills come to roughly £155 each but do change slightly month to month which includes water, gas&elec, council tax, wifi

Building has shared garden space and a small car park

Brixton station - 10 min walk away
Bus stop located directly outside the flat

Close walk to Brixton market, Herne Hill, brockwell park

Move in date is Sunday 12th October !
