I'm leaving my double room & study for 5 months (roughly from November - end of March) to go travelling. Some flexibility available on move-in dates in Oct/November.

🏠 House
The 3 storey house is newly renovated and has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One bathroom is an en-suite so the main bathroom is shared between the other 3.
It has a large shared living area (lounge and diner) and then a separate kitchen and storage room.
The house also has a huge garden.

🚗 Parking
There is on-street permit parking which is really easy to get and it’s never a struggle to find a space.

📍 Location
The house is located on Appach Road which is a 10 minute walk from Brixton Station and 15 minutes from Herne Hill Station. It’s also a 4 minute walk to Brockwell Park, 30 minutes to Clapham and a 2 minutes from a large Sainsbury’s supermarket.

👥 Current Housemates
You’d be living with 3 professionals (26 & 27, 2 girl & 1 guy). We’re all good friends who love spending time together—It’s a friendly vibe. Lots of pub trips, nights in, etc!
