The flat & flatmates:

Privately owned flat within a council estate

Shared with two friendly professionals (33M & 28F) – social but respectful of quiet time Currently home to two cats.

The room:

Medium-sized with generous built-in storage

Comes furnished with a king-size bed and two side tables

Rent: £875/month (single) or £1050/month (couple)

Bills approx. £200/month (incl. all utilities, broadband + cleaner every two weeks)
