I’m looking to fill my spare double bedroom in a lovely gated mews house. The property has secure gated parking.

The house is very light and airy, big windows & not cramped what so ever with bedrooms & bathroom upstairs.

Very Large spacious open plan kitchen living room downstairs very roomy & great kitchen space to cook with plenty of storage.
Full appliances I. e washer, dryer, dishwasher, oven & hobs, coffee machine + more.

Cool vibey living room area to relax in for those chilled nights in Equipped with a 70” TV & sound system.

Equipped Working area / Office set up available to use.

I’m a super chilled guy to live with and very easy going & respectful and don’t get phased by much.

I run my own construction company and I’m mostly out of the house most days.

Finding the right person to move in is very important to me and i like a clean environment and i would want you to feel at home and comfortable as if it’s your own.

Ideally looking for a chilled like minded professional in full time employment, couples may be considered. (House rules are simple just be clean & respectful) do as you please 🙂
