Nice, Small, Quiet South Facing Room

I have a nice, small, lightly room to rent., with a large wardrobe, a bookshelf and a little desk.

it was my studio but i am travelling often, and started going to the office again 2 days per week, i don't need it as much as i used to.

The flat is also small but clean and tidy, the living room is shared, and always free in the evening.

The estate is peaceful and overlooking a shared garden; we have all services close and both Brixton, Stretham Hill or Clapham Common only 10 mins bus away.

I am 50+, still very active, have friends of all ages and many interests.

Not a party house but a relaxed environment - just, no drugs or alchol abuse / addiction, as that's trouble.

I have a long term contract, to be added on, our landlor requires character references and last 3 months payslips or invoices.
