Moving out of this lovely flat in Brixton/Herne Hill to move in with family unexpectedly - it’s such a gem of a home but due to a family move in I’m looking to fill the room!

One room is already filled, and we’re looking for another girl in her mid 20s to join the flat. The two girls currently living here are 25, working in marketing and teaching, and are both friendly, fun, and tidy - it's a really warm and sociable home.

The Room:
• 952/month
• Bills around £100/month
• Shares a bathroom with one other girl
• Move-in date: 30th September

What we’re looking for:
• Female, mid-20s
• Full-time employment (earning £30k+ per year – no need for a guarantor)
• Unfortunately, no students

About the Flat:
• Amazing location - 15 min walk / quick bus to Brixton Station
• 3 mins from Brockwell Park, close to Herne Hill
• 25 min walk to Clapham Common
• Ideal for someone working in Central London

Both housemates work in-office Mon–Fri, so you'll have the place to yourself during weekdays!

The vibe here is really chilled, think spontaneous pub trips, park walks, Netflix nights, and a good balance of socialising and downtime ✨

The flat is kept super clean and always feels like home.
