Cozy convenient flat with gay couple

This calm & cosy flat is located in the heart of Brixton SW2, 4 minutes walk to the Victoria line, 2 min from Ritzy Cinema, Brixton Village market, shops & restaurants etc, and still in a quiet street.

New tenant will be sharing with a gay male couple who are often at home. Ideal tenant will be very tidy, peaceful and accommodating to a shared domestic environment. We are looking for a new LGBTQAI+ or female flatmate.

Our current flatmate is planning to leave by 15 Oct and ideally the new person would move in on or after that date. There is some flexibility, which we can discuss.

The new tenant will pay £900 pcm toward rent + bills (which current amount to approx £139/month including Council Tax, Internet, Energy, Water + cleaner every 2 wks). There’s also a one time deposit of £400 payable upon arrival, along with first month’s rent.

Brian has lived in this flat for 13+ years and has a special relationship with the landlady, allowing the total rent of flat to be kept at £1950. He is the main contact point with her for any repairs or household issues.

It’s important to us that anyone moving in be very clean and tidy, and enjoy a peaceful and homey living environment with a couple. We don’t have many parties, so heavy drug use, drinking or noise from guests isn’t a good fit. No WFH is preferable, but this can be discussed. Our ideal roommate lives their own independent life and gets along with everyone when using the shared space!
