I'm a private property manager looking for a new flatmate for this great flatshare.

We have a spacious double room available in this 4-bed professional, friendly flat-share on the ever-popular Brixton Hill.

The room captures a lot of light through the big windows and includes a Double Bed, Headboard, Bedside tables, Wardrobe, Chest of Drawers, Shoe bench, Desk and chair.

ALL BILLS INCLUDED (electricity, gas, water, council tax, broadband).

The room is for single occupancy and full-time working professionals. There are 3 girls living here. One of them moved in over 5 years ago, and the other two over a year ago. They love the flat and are looking forward to welcoming a new person into this lovely home.

We are looking for someone who understands the importance of being very clean in a shared home.

PLEASE NOTE that there isn't a shared living room. The kitchen is big enough to compensate for it.

The deposit is equal to one month's rent.

The rent is £970 including ALL bills (utilities, council tax and broadband), and the room is available from the 20th of September.

It's the IDEAL PROPERTY for professionals looking for a high standard of accommodation, a short walk to Brixton Station, buses/night buses right outside the building, Tesco Express next door, banks, gym & Ritzy cinema within walking distance.
