We are renting a beautiful room in our original Victorian house – a warm, art-filled family home that feels like a haven from London’s bustle. Just a 15-minute tube ride to the centre, with excellent connections across the city.

I’m an artist, curator and community organiser, living here with my 12-year-old son (independent, funny, loves art, reading, music and Legos!) and one other housemate. Our home has a creative, relaxed, and supportive atmosphere.

✨ Who We’re Looking For
We’d love to welcome a like-minded, creative, and reliable person who values community living. In exchange for a reduced rent, (£900 ppm bills included) we’re looking for extra 8 hours a week of childcare support. This might include:
• After-school pick-ups
• Hanging out with my son (reading, playing, doing art)
• Occasional evening babysitting

Or, we are also open to a regular rental for £1250 a month inclusive of bills.
