Double room in 4-bed house share

One double room available in a 4 bed house share from the 13th October. Around £920pm with bills.

About the room
Top floor double bed room with desk and chair, wardrobe, mirror and bedside table. Bedroom is next to another bedroom and a bathroom is shared between you and two others. Rolling contract, so no fixed term duration, but you’ll be liable to fill the room upon leaving.

About the house
It’s a 4 bed house with one bathroom shared between 3 (one room is en-suite) and another toilet downstairs. Kitchen fitted with washing machine and dishwasher. Has a massive living space downstairs and paved garden out the back.

Housemates
We’re 3 guys in finance, law and science aged between 25 and 34. We’re into the gym (we’ve got a bench, rack and dip bar in the garden) and sports - two of us try and play golf when we can. We try to socialise when we can but also have our own mates outside the house. We’ll watch movies and sports through week and at the weekend when we’re not out. Couple of us have partners who come to stay occasionally.

Our current housemate is leaving as his work Visa has expired.

What we’re looking for
Ideally we’re looking for another guy of a similar age who’s into sports and likes to have a beer when free. We try to keep the place tidy, so someone who also likes a clean space would be ideal. Whilst we have the odd social evening at ours, we like to try and keep the house as a place to chill from the business of London.

Area
Best bit about the house is that it’s less than a minutes walk to Brockwell Park, which is great on a sunny day and in the summer when it hosts festivals.

15-20min walk to Brixton Station or there’s a bus stop on the main road by the house.

Good size Sainsbury’s 5-10min walk.

This house has always generated a lot of interest, so apologise if we can’t get back to everyone.
