We have a gorgeous double room in our refurbished flat available. The bedroom looks stunning. It comes fully furnished - with a good quality wardrobe, study desk, chairs, chest of drawers, etc. Everything is brand-new and you would be one of the first one to use it.

This flat is truly stunning, having just redesigned and refurbished to a very high standard a year ago. All the bedrooms have been totally redecorated, with all new carpets and flooring throughout.

The bathroom is new and modern. The kitchen is very spacious - equipped with all appliances. Everything is kept very clean and tidy, as our cleaner comes once a week to clean all the communal areas.

Food shopping is also very simple, as there's a Tesco Express located just two minutes from our front door and a larger Sainsbury's a few minutes further on.

The flat is conveniently situated in Clapham Park, which is in the corner between Brixton, Clapham and Streatham with easy access to all three areas and its transport links.

This flat would ideally suit non-smoking professionals or international students who are keen to live in wonderful surroundings whilst studying in London. You would share the flat with 4 other tenants.

The rent includes all bills (water, gas, electricity, council tax, fast wireless broadband Internet and cleaner). You do not have to pay for anything extra!

You only need to pay one week’s rent to reserve the room. One day before you move in you pay a further 3 week’s rent (to make up the full 4-week deposit) plus the first month’s rent in advance.
