Bright Double Room in Brixton Flat (3 months Let)

A spacious, comfortable double room is available in a lovely two-bedroom flat just off Brixton Hill. The flat is bright and cosy, with a shared living room, kitchen, and bathroom. £1,100 bills included pcm.
The location is fantastic: just over a 10 minute walk to Brixton tube, around 15 minutes to Clapham North and Clapham High Street Overground, and only a short stroll to Brockwell Park and Herne Hill’s cafés and pubs.
I own the flat and have lived here happily for 8 years, but I’ll be travelling in South Africa for 3 months from mid-November, so I’m looking to rent out my room during that time. The room comes fully furnished.
You’ll be sharing with my wonderful housemate Frankie (30), who works in fintech. She’s friendly, easy-going, and keeps the flat tidy, so I’m looking for someone kind, considerate, and relaxed to fit in well with her.
