We have an amazing, cosy room for long term let in our friendly, quiet house share in Brixton.

We are a house of 3 women, all friendly and respectful people.

Room: £445 +bills
A massive bargain, especially considering the location !

About the house:
Very spacious with lots of light. Large kitchen & living room and a decent-sized garden so any green-fingered folk very welcome! Separate toilet & bathroom with bath/shower. Plenty of storage in the house and we have a conservatory which is a great extra space for reading and hanging out. Location is fantastic, a quiet street just off Brixton Hill & a mere 7 min walk to the tube station and all that Brixton has to offer (the village, pubs, music venues, the rec etc.). We are 5 minutes walk from the beautiful, massive Brockwell park.

About the room:
Situated on the upstairs floor at the front of the house, this double room is very light and airy. Ceilings are high, Double bed, large wardrobe, chest of drawers, all provided. Near to the toilet and shower.

Anna - Art historian and museum worker who enjoys reading, dancing, drawing and pottering around London.

Ela - Marketing professional into skateboarding, music production, raving

Ella - Gardener who also likes watching films and listening to music.

About you:

Above all we want to keep a friendly, open house dynamic. You’ll be laid back and open, respectful of our space. Ideally you'd be up for a bit of hanging out in the house from time to time, having dinner, chatting, reading together or watching a movie etc, you'll be clean and tidy.
