We are a group of friends who moved into this house three years ago having buddied up on SpareRoom

The house is very spacious and fully furnished with six double bedrooms, four bathrooms, an open plan living room / kitchen, and a garden. It is in a convenient but quiet location with numerous shops, restaurants and pubs nearby, and is only a 10-15 minute walk to Brixton Station or Herne Hill Station. On-street parking is also available

We - Alex (27), Andrew (25), George (25), and Sunny (30) - are all professionals working in finance, tech, and sales. Outside of work we are social and enjoy things like chilling at home, going to the pub, and doing things around London, as well as having our own time

The tenancy is for 12 months with potential to extend, like the prior three years. Rent is £1000 per month and bills are between £90-£110 per month (covers gas, electricity, water, wifi, and council tax (Band F)). Deposit is £1,315
