This spacious four-bedroom house is spread over two floors and built for easy communal living. It boasts a fully equipped kitchen (with all necessary appliances and utensils) and a dedicated dining area. Shared bathroom facilities include one shower room and a separate toilet. Outside, the property benefits from a tidy private garden, perfect for relaxing and outdoor dining. ☀️🍖

You’ll be sharing the house with four other young professionals in their 20s–30s, and likely similar to yourself. The atmosphere is sociable yet respectful, and you’ll have the opportunity to meet everyone before moving in. 💯

THE BILLS 💷
The bills include gas, electricity, water, council tax, superfast broadband, TV license, bi-weekly cleaner, and in-house maintenance service to swiftly deal with any issues that may come up. The bills come to £100 per month (in addition to the monthly rent), and they are all managed for you by us.👍
