En suite room in a lovely family home

I have a large en suite (but open!) double room available in the home I share with my 2 daughters who I had on my own. They are 3 and 11 months. The room is relatively well sound insulated (according to my last wonderful flatmate who moved out after 2 years!) but obviously the presence of young children needs a degree of understanding, especially in terms of sometimes noisy 7am breakfasts and the odd night time crying! Probably wouldn’t suit a super light sleeper. Would probably suit someone who doesn’t work from home, although the room is big enough for a desk.
