Double room Brixton Hill - £900pcm

Hey, I’m Jacob — I’m a 29-year-old doctor and I live in a 3-bed flat in Brixton Hill with my friend Hermione, who’s 27 and works as an assistant producer. We’ve lived together for a few years now and we’re looking for someone to join us in our spare double room as our other flat mate is engaged and moving in with her partner!

The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers and part of a bright, spacious flat with one bathroom, a kitchen diner, a separate living room, and a balcony that gets lovely morning and afternoon sun. It’s a great space for relaxing, catching up, or just enjoying a bit of quiet.

Hermione works a mix of office and home days, and I’m often at the hospital — though I do shift work, so my schedule varies. We’re both sociable and enjoy hanging out together, whether that’s going for walks, working out, having drinks, or watching way too many series on the sofa. That said, we also really value our own space and downtime, so we’re looking for someone who’s clean, tidy, and respectful of that balance.
